Reservations

Reservations can be made online or by phone (931-392-4656) and require you to be at least 21 years of age. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation, and a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the dates and details of your stay.

Specific site selections are given preference but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change based on availability.

All recreational vehicles must be commercially manufactured for recreational use and be in good mechanical and cosmetic condition. Tents and pop-up campers are not allowed in recreational vehicle area.

Nightly Rates:  
  • Premium Forest-- $80-85    All size RV’s, best and most spacious locations, patio, and picnic table     
  • Forest--------------- $70-75     All size RV’s, large parking pads with patio and picnic table       
  • Standard----------- $50-55      RV’s 18’ – 32' (may have limited parking and/or living space)


Holiday rates may be higher and require a 3-day minimum stay, and summer weekends require a minimum of 2 days.

Monthly and seasonal packages:  Please call us for details on special pricing on monthly (30 days) and seasonal (120 days) stays.

Check-in/Check-out:  Check-in time is 1:00 PM.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.  All recreational vehicles must register with the office before entering the park.

Cancellation and Refunds:  We will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.  Cancellations with 3 or more days’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds are not allowed if guest gives less than 3 days’ notice or is a “no show”.  To cancel your reservation, you must call us during regular business hours, e-mail notifications are not accepted.  Refunds and credits cannot be given due to weather or for early departures.

Guidelines and Policies

  • Guests and their visitors are expected to be considerate of fellow campers and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a family atmosphere.
  • Quiet hours: 10:30 PM until 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
  • Speed Limit: 7 mph or less throughout the park. Please watch for children. This applies to everyone - vehicles, golf carts, bicycles, boards, skates, etc. 
  • Garbage: Trash can be deposited in the dumpster located near the maintenance building.
  • Open fires: Small campfires are allowed and must be contained in the fire rings provided.  Fires must always be attended and only firewood can be used (no garbage, paper, or cans).  Firewood is available for purchase.
  • Golf carts: All operators must hold a valid driver's license or be accompanied by a parent or grandparent.  Carts must adhere to the 7 MPH speed limit and remain on roadways only (not allowed on walking trails, grass or natural areas).  Lights are required for operation after dark. Must be registered at check-in and show proof of liability insurance.
  • Laundry facilities: Located conveniently in both pavilions. Clothes should not be left unattended.
  • Occupancy: Limited to 6 people and 2 registered vehicles per site.
  • Pets: Friendly and quiet household pets that are current on all vaccinations are welcome. Pets must always be kept on a leash and never left unattended. Owners are responsible for properly disposing of their pet's waste. 
  • Children: Parents/caregivers are responsible for the welfare and appropriate behavior of their children. Children should be supervised at all campground facilities and in the natural and wooded areas of the resort.
  • Bicycles: can be ridden on roadways only, and during daylight hours—7 mph speed limit apples. Not allowed in landscaped or natural areas or on walking trails.   State law requires all riders under 16 years old to wear a bike helmet, and helmets are recommended for all.
  • Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and any electric ridden vehicle:  Should be ridden with extreme caution and supervision and during daylight hours only—7 mph speed limit applies.  Not allowed in pavilions, landscaped or natural areas or on walking trails.  Helmets are highly recommended.
  • Firearms and fireworks: Use is prohibited in all areas of the resort.
  • Sites: Sites must be kept clean and tidy.  Outside storage of any kind is not allowed.  Awnings should be retracted before and during wind and weather alerts and when leaving the site unattended. 
  • Insurance/Liability:  All RV owners are required to maintain insurance on their vehicles.  As a reminder, we are not liable for any damage to guests’ property due to uncontrollable acts of nature such as wind damage, falling limbs or trees, etc.
  • Emergencies:  Dial 911.  If after-hours assistance is required, please call 931-580-1745.
